Shaina Lane

M.ED., SHRM-CP | Founder, Premier Professional Coaching

Shaina Lane founded Premier Professional Coaching in 2019 to satisfy a hunger for investing in people.  Through her 20 year professional career, she has worked in healthcare, academic medicine, higher education, and software development.  She has also coached and consulted in the financial services and manufacturing industries.  Shaina coaches individuals and teams, turning potential into performance to drive personal and business success.

No stranger to the podium, Shaina has been an invited lecturer for regional and national conferences on topics such as Strategic Conversation Skills and Utilizing Physician Extenders to Staff an Orthopaedic Practice.  Although she is energized by the learning atmosphere of a conference, she truly enjoys 1:2:1 and small team coaching opportunities and developing curriculums to fit the needs of each team she works with.

Shaina holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, she is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, a Certified Professional Career Coach, and is SHRM-CP certified.  She spends much of her spare time running and biking, and even competes in the occasional Ironman race.
